How do you pronounce Raelis?

What makes Raelis Botanicals different?

At Raelis, we believe skincare should be as intentional as the rituals that surround it. Every product is handcrafted in small batches using thoughtfully selected botanical ingredients chosen for their quality, purity, and purpose. We formulate with sensitive and mature skin in mind, creating simple yet luxurious products designed to nourish without unnecessary fillers.

 

Where are your products made?

Every Raelis Botanicals product is handcrafted in small batches in Gulfport, Florida.

 

Are your ingredients organic?

Whenever possible, we choose certified organic ingredients from trusted suppliers. While not every botanical is available in certified organic form, we prioritize quality, sustainability, and ethical sourcing in every formula.

 

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Many of our products are formulated specifically with sensitive skin in mind. However, every person’s skin is unique. We recommend reviewing the ingredient list carefully and performing a patch test before using any new skincare product.

 

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes! We never test our products on animals and carefully source ingredients from suppliers who share our commitment to cruelty-free practices.

 

Are your products vegan?

Many are vegan, while some contain ethically sourced beeswax. Individual product pages will indicate whether a product is vegan.

 

Why don’t you use synthetic fragrances?

Our products are scented only with pure botanical ingredients, such as essential oils, CO₂ extracts, or the natural aroma of the plant oils and butters themselves. We never use synthetic fragrance oils.

Synthetic fragrance blends can contain dozens- sometimes even hundreds- of individual ingredients, many of which are not listed separately on product labels because they’re protected as proprietary formulations. We prefer a more transparent approach, using thoughtfully selected botanical ingredients whenever possible so you know what’s in your skincare.

 

Why might my product look or smell slightly different than my last order?

Nature is wonderfully unique. Because we work with botanical ingredients, slight variations in color, aroma, and texture are completely normal and reflect seasonal differences in the plants themselves. These natural variations do not affect the quality or performance of the product.

 

How should I store my products?

For best results, store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Keep lids tightly closed after each use to help preserve freshness.

 

How long will my products last?

Each product includes a recommended Best By date. For the freshest experience, we recommend using your products within the suggested timeframe indicated on the label.

 

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, product launches, or promotional events.

 

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes! Every Raelis order is carefully packaged with beautiful, gift-worthy presentation, making it perfect for treating yourself or someone special.

 

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@raelisbotanicals.com. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Yes. As part of our commitment to caring for both people and the planet, $1 from every item sold is donated to help protect native bee populations across North America.
