Thank you for shopping with Raelis Botanicals. Every order is carefully packed by hand at our studio in Gulfport, Florida.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days.

During product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we’ll notify you by email.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Carriers

We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Shipping options and rates are calculated during checkout based on your location.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact the carrier first. If you still need assistance, reach out to us- we’re happy to help however we can.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Raelis Botanicals is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

Warm Weather Shipping

Our products are handcrafted with botanical oils, butters, waxes, and other naturally derived ingredients. During periods of extreme heat, slight softening or texture changes may occur during transit. This does not affect the quality or performance of the product. If needed, allow your product to return to room temperature before use.
