Returns

For the safety of all customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on skincare products once they have been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@raelisbotanicals.com.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

* Your order number

* A brief description of the issue

* Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable

Once we review your request, we’ll gladly provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely shipping. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

Allergies & Skin Sensitivities

We encourage customers to carefully review ingredient lists before purchasing. Because individual skin sensitivities vary, we cannot offer refunds for allergic reactions or ingredient sensitivities. If you have concerns about a particular ingredient, please reach out before placing your order- we’re always happy to help.
